Katharina Bruns

Katharina Bruns is head of the user services departement at the Zentralbibliothek Zürich. She holds a PhD in musicology and completed education as an academic librarian. Together with her team, she is responsible for the divisions of customer service, logistics as well as teaching information literacy, customer experience research and strategic product development.
