Mark Ittensohn

Mark Ittensohn works as an academic librarian and product owner at the Zentralbibliothek (ZB) Zürich. He holds a PhD in English Literature (UZH 2018) and an MAS in Library and Information Science (UZH 2021). He has published research on the impact of agile values on library work and currently manages the ZB's strategic focus area 'digital literacy'.
